I just got the bike back from James at Ghetto-Bike with the fresh new polished tank!!

He does a awesome job & can't be beat!

Now I'm gonna start welding the motor mounts for the 212cc Predator engine.

Norm...that bike is sick looking! I am thinking of pulling the trigger on that frame. I just love the way it looks. I am very interested to see how this bike turns out. Keep us posted!
 
I buy the hubs from my supplier.


Now that I'm finished with the Felt motor mounts, I'm gonna start planning the best mounts for this puppy! ;)

Ok your answer is more than irritating. I am trying to contain myself so as not to flame your post and get banned. You claim to be a builder and supplier. Its right there in your tag line by your name. But when I directly ask you for a link to a hub to buy. You fail on all accounts. Poor way to be in business. (IMHO) Horrible way to answer on a forum that is all about how to build motorized bicycles and where are suppliers (also IMHO)

I will now un follow your build here. Its pointless now.

Sorry LR, I wasn't trying to be disrespectful, it's just that my supplier doesn't sell to the public, so giving you a link to them is pointless.... but here it is anyway so you can see for yourself... http://www.jbi.bike/web/index.php

& I don't sell just the hub by itself, I sell them with my disc brake kits; so giving you a link to that would've also been pointless.
 
Oh, how would it be a waste to say I sell this as a brake kit, here is a link. Anyone reading these threads may want to purchase a complete system kit.

I got some work done on the jack shaft today... I used a jack shaft kit made for go karts & welded on some custom made side plates.


Below is two plates tack welded together to make two identical side plates.

Below is how I plan to install a sliding chain tensioner.

I got more work done on the drive chains, & I also got the front brake bracket welded on.
The next major project is to mount the pedal chain & route it under the engine.
