Sat April 13th 2013 is the Next SoCal Motor Bicycle Racing Event

Hey Neil, running the exact same drive system as with the Dupor 196cc engine -jack shaft with fixed gear, single chain. It was a huge help that all the mounts, clutch and other parts fit the Honda GC160. Though had to do a different tank aranggement and exhaust. Seems to be getting the same top speed on a smoother running and lighter engine. Of course there are no mods for this engine - have to run stock other than the Mikuni carb added. Looking forward to chasing Scotto on his 99cc Preditor.

One chain with that jack shaft, are you running a geared hub? It doesn't look like it.

We're talking about chinagirls here. If one is playing the chinese lottery, one is going to get chinese results.
That means rebuilding often or hiding reality through propaganda. The fastest guy in your class practically rebuilds between sessions.

There's a pic floating around somewhere of me talking to you (El Dorado ride), and you look like a midget compared to me. I'm a lean 230.

I know you're a competitive dude, and you are one heckuva rider. Much respect for that. But your logic seems to miss the bigger picture.

Well duh, you're not telling me anything new, dude. I was racing BMX in the 80's. I no longer compete, but I've been through that rodeo.
Anyway, you completely missed my point, which from all your posts I've seen, is a very common thing for you :-{

If you two want to use an engine that showcases your racing skills, use a Huasheng or GXH50. There's very few hop-up parts for them, they don't have a removable cylinder head, and that means you are pretty much equal with your peers on power production. Well, aside from the pedal question. Maybe then you two can spend more time perfecting your lines and less time complaining about stuff. Just my humble opinion.

Blah blah blah
Your not the only one in the forum with racing experience. BMX expert class here and dirt bikes too!!

Does anyone know what that is in the pic?
Only clue is that you can see it on April 13th at the race.

Hi Neil

too far away to make it the 13th--- unfortunately

I was wondering if you or anyone following the race event has a filmmaker friend who would cover THE EVENT !!!!!
the pit action bikes and riders with some comments as well as the racing

if not video please -please find someone to cover the pit area- bikes close up /riders thoroughly engaged and involved ---as well as the track action

I am sure those following around the world would be most appreciative even pay some bucks (no usa dollar symbol on keyboard --hah) for a little documentary type film on disk

everyone ride safe

Transmission to reverse rotation of crank and transfer output-shaft
to opposite side. Enables you to install engines with cylinder slanted
backwards the other way around so cylinder is slanted forward while
the drive-chain is still on the left.

That guess is made with only 1/2 of a cup of coffee ......still waking up!!!

Regardless, we will see you at Grange and we will bring some nice stuff
as well!!!

That wasn't hard to guess at all, Andy got it right off the bat and it's made by Joker Machine and it ain't cheap ;) Richard does some mighty fine CNC billet work, that's for sure!

Really looking forward to seeing you guys, we missed you at the last race
in October.

Post up some pics of the 4 bikes you are bringing. :)

See you on Friday 12th for some riding on the track.

You're right that was too easy.
Who else but Joker Machine makes such sexy hunks of CNCed aluminum.

So who do you think is inflating his tires with exotic gases for that little
extra edge in the Unlimited Class? laff

We will know that it has gotten too serious when the first racer starts
using tire warmers so I'm going to ban them right now. :D

Mr culver city classics

Maybe? The spy pic I saw of Bigboys bike is pretty damn incredible.

There other 3 bikes are really nice too and they are giving test rides
to a few lucky participants on the 13th.
