I think there might be legal issues trying to ride such a bike as that on the street here in Texas without registration.Kyle, this motoped reminds me alot of your Raven Build,

If you used a 50cc auto engine like Big Boy Cycles you could get the CA $20 lifetime plate to make it a legal motorized bike which is the same as a moped.. If you stuck an automatic pit bike engine on it I think you could reg it as a moped.
If I was the judge I would rule that's legal, because no matter what gear it was in, it could still be ridden as fully automatic, because technically you don't ever have to shift when riding.I've always wondered if you could use the semi-auto with the centrifugal clutch in it, and argue that every car's automatic transmission these days (and in the past really) has a means of manually selecting gears without a manual clutch and therefore are semi-auto.
