Micargi Puma with twin 97cc flat top lifan's

Seen in below matching red cloth wire. Both engines have had the excess mounting brackets shaved off. Makes for a nice shape.

The pix below show engine two (rear engine) adjustment slots. Pic one and two show the range of movement the third shows a back plate that will be attached to the engine mount. Holes in the plate will allow bolts to be inserted into the bottom of the engine block to pull engine two toward the plate and away from engine one. This adjustment should allow for tension on the #40 roller chain that keeping the engines timed.

The engines are now mounted solidly so the timing chain can be kept tight. Bolts are to long so I will replace them with what fits but all can see how this is going to work.

You crack me up! Feel the same, now I got parts but its summer and all sorts of fun comes up that takes me away. Time to run the gold dredge, go camping and fishing....

Anyway it will be built!

Because I said so!

Goodness made major headway today between pulling crab pots! (Note it was opening day!) Working on the Puma Twin while the pots soak.
