So... I am very happy with the Bike. It is a cruiser for sure! But don’t be fooled kids this thang is quick.
After a few short rides it was time to go over the bike.I lost 2 seat spring bolts, remove a few belt links and turn up idle! Done and back riding! Happy Fathers Day ! Video this week!

Thanks Curt! Yep I did for once take my time ! Goes to show you how well locktite and lock washers work.... the only 2 nut that fell off didn’t either one. For those who might be afraid to open up the engine, don’t be. My first ever interior work in a engine besides govner removals and springs. I installed new milled head , 22lb springs ,mod cam, billet rod. And billet flywheel with 32 degree timing. Carb is a Pz22 by Deni all it needed was idle turned up. The adjustable belt has been very helpful..being able to remove a link is a lot better than having to buy new belts or use a tensioner. Plus you don’t have to remove your wheel or clutch .

I’m feeling the pressure! Velo is not happy he sent 90 degree weather my way...geez. I hope these pics of the light get me a week of time to get some real ones up! 12v 2600mah with a 3x 900ma driver. This setup will get about 3 hrs of run time with out the bulk.

Us geniuses around here would like to see the application of said failure that P**'s you off Moto.
Then again maybe I am just speaking for myself.
But troubles always advance the learning curve of all that view your thread and everyone elses that over come engineering obstacles.
On the electrical side of you machine. I guess I was looking at the wrong power packs. The 12V Li ion are huge compared to the NiCad you sourced.
Thanks for the update.

Hey Tom , the cable housing was on my reverse levers and drum brakes. They pull good ...to good for overseas components! Inner metal pulled right through Housing and end cap.

Took her out for a ride a few minutes ago. Still need to remove a few belt links so I can see what she’s got.Took a few pictures too.....

Super well crafted beauty! I am certain it's fun to ride & it's great to look at.
