I recently ordered one of Jim's ported intakes & some 415 master links from Pirate Cycles, just got these items today, really enjoyed the small packet of candy " Sour Patch Kids " very tasty.......! I also noticed that they included extra part I didn't even order, a 415 1/2 link, so I just wanted to say thank you to Pirate Cycles for running such a top notch operation ARRRRRRR...! ^5

I also purchased a 34T sprocket from Andy @ Kings Sales & service, I got it today, and it looks very nice, can't wait to get it on my bike that currently has a 36T on it that I redrill and made from a small kids bike crank sprocket, my bike is very smooth right now at a GPS'ed 30mph and pnly a very slight buzz @ 32MPH I hoping to get that 32 nice and smooth with this 34T and that slight buzz @ 34mph, this engine has a seriously milled head, smoothed up ports and Jim's intake, I ordered an expansion chamber from Sick Bike Parts night before last and am hoping this will make it run even better in the torque area, it pulls hills pretty good already with my home brewed exhaust, but I will see now if the Exp. chamber will best my set up or if my set up is good enough, I really think the expansion chamber will give a noticable difference in bottom end on the hills but I wont know for sure until I give it a try.

Sick Bike Parts has also been very good to me in the past so I want to include them in this BIG Thank you and also a thank you to THATS DAX for doing me a fine job in the past.

We have such a fine group of fellas here, Thank you very much for all that you do and provide for us MB-in knuckle busters, we couldn't do all this like we do without ya'll..!!

I know there are other great venders here as well, but I can only speak for those I have personal experience with.

Sorry to take up ya'lls time on this just wanted to say thanks to all our great support for the parts & pieces......

Thanks again & Peace!

I know what you mean Baird, I'm 200 pounder that should be about 180 pounder......!

Maybe the candy will give us enough energy to get peddling fast enough to get the bike started.......!

.wee.

nothing against pirate, but maybe giving candy away to people who don't pedal their bikes anymore ain't such a hot idea...;)

that being said, i like pretzel m&m's...:)

Some people expect something for nothing and complain when they dont get it, but me...., I never expect anything I haven't earned and if someone is kind enough to give me a little extra something I'm for dang sure gonna let-em know I appreciate it, and when I get a chance I'll return that favor on down the line to someone else, a little to nice for my own good sometime......

I sold my old 69 Chevy C10 factory A/C P/S P/B factory tach dash truck yesterday, I paid $500 for it 2 years ago and then built a new engine, had a new set of headers still in the box, new mufflers, a new big block starter, new belts, new hoses, new brakes all the way around, new wheel cylinders, new master cylinder, all four new tires never been driven on, new cowling seal, new steering wheel instalation kit, gasket and filter set for the TH400 Tranny thats in it, new glove compartment insert from Classic chevy, new gas tank, new sending unit in tank new plumbing to engine, new rear seal in thranny, all new U-Joints in drive line, new carrier bearing on drive line.........woo wee....! thats a lot of stuff and money!

And guess what I did..... a gal I work with has a 14 year old boy who wanted an old chevy truck between 67 & 72 to build up for his first vehicle, he saw my truck and went nuts over it and had a little money he got from selling some show goats........ so I put all the parts in the truck, spent about an hour loading it up on my trailer and then drove it over to his dads shop and unloaded it.

I ask him for $500 and gave him the title, that is one of the proudest 14 year old boys you ever saw.....and he will enjoy it more than I ever would anyway and I figured he has enough done to it already to give him a good start, heck I got bikes to play with I aint got time for that old truck any how..........made me feel good to help that boy even though I took a pretty good beating on the deal......I figured aw.... what the heck it's only money and I aint got much of it anyway so why not help a kid out, now I can focus more on my bike stuff....plus my wife is happy to see it gone she dont think much of what she calls my junk....LOL!

Thank you Dan, I just got back up and running, we dodged a bullet here, but just 3-4 miles from us as the crow flies they got golfball size hail and high winds and a bit farther north west of us they had baseball size hail and a tornado, dont know for sure how much damage they got around us but I know they got some, that baseball size hail being pushed by 60-70 MPH wind will tear some stuff up real quick, it's that time of year for us here, just part of it, but I'm very thankful the bad stuff missed us here, we were very concerned.

God Bless you too Bro.

Peace

God Bless Map. Be safe and well

I'll be prayin' for you too. Stay safe, and stay indoors during the hail. Golfball size hail punches holes in stuff. We had some a while back that was on average a bit larger than golf balls. Insurance claims adjusters were very busy out here recently, I can tell you. (I saved one of the particularly large hail stones too, in my freezer. But it went missing soon after. I wonder if somebody here put it in a drink?)
