Tyrslider/dan, Looking Super! The Tensioner Is "jamb Up And Jelly Tite" !! Going To Be A Winner! As Soon As I Have The Funds To Spare, I Will Get At Least One. All My Motors Are 78mm /76mm Clutch . The One Titan Has Hoot Gear Box, I Think It May Have The Long Crankshaft. But As You Say 15mm!! I Need A Couple More Projects, To Put Me Over The 50 Mark!! Congrats On A Nice System!! Watching The Screen For More Info!! Have Been Wondering What Dan Was Doing. Ron

Hey Thanks, Heres a couple update Fotos. The tensioner body, the hub and bolts that hold the rear pulley will be black but other than that, this is pretty much what she'll look like.

Proper hardware for revisions arrives tomorrow. Just have a few spacers to make, shaft ends to machine etc. Just about there!

Thanks again, really happy w/ how it's turnin' out.

TY, I see you changed the spring anchor and re installed the stabilizer wall, nice. I think bystander`s will enjoy the clear cover, being able to see the workings in action. The belt should last a long time, just think how many years a car fan belts lasts. Ron .cvlt1

Cool thought/observation about car belts Ron. Hey, did ya get last email?

Whisper drive prototype update; (that sounded official, eh? snork) just over 1,000 miles and really am done beating on it. Works awesome. Now I need a new one that ain't rode hard and put up wet for a show bike. hint, hint Big E, lol.
The HF is a really great engine. Via GPS, 42.3 MPH yesterday. Then (after batt died and recharge) 37 MPH. Not a speed freak but nice to have in city traffic.

Gonna start a thread, but found the corresponding available spark plugs.

NGK would be BKUR6ET and champion would be; KY7YKJCR. HF manual says gap is 0.027” to 0.031

Nice, thanks Dan. We'll get you set up!

Well heres some finished product Fotos!

Like I said it was nice for MaxTorque to have blacked out their clutch just in time for me.

Super pleased w/ how the tensioner turned out! All of it really!

Hope you all enjoy it too! Cheers! Evan.

Man E, you done out done your self. Really looks great!

In the update I forgot to mention I also removed the cooling shroud. (was one bolt) They run so cool that the system almost seems to be a detriment and they like to run a lot warmer.

Rained today and had to take the car to work, sniff. Think I have to move down south. Am already dreading next winter.

Neat,

Added a tensioner wheel (black delrin) which extended the spring to the prescribed amt. Got the standoff block installed and the other little invisible bits.

Simple and stout w/ whirling gizmos and widgets for your viewing pleasure!

lol, it's awesome, I'm truly honored that people are interested in what we are doing. I think that we're buildin' some pretty cool stuff! It's hard work for sure.

Cheers!
