The Second time I tried to start the engine It wouldn't start, so I blew in to the gas can and after third pull it started. sometimes there is air trapped in the fuel line

Did some 20miles riding test, bike is great but rubber around muffler stinks will have to come up with different setup or flange

Post up some exhaust details. Looks like you used all plumbing fittings. What kind of tubing did you use, fittings, etc.

Here it is
Heat resistant rubber (stinks), Iron/steel fittings and EMT elbow, all 3/4 simple setup

Removed heat resistant stinky orange rubber and currently looking into different heat resistant options to use in between the engine and flange

BATTERY POWER PACK

currently working on power pack which includes; 2 sla10-12-t25 12ah batteries connected in parallel (i am not sure if one would be enough), got fog lights with LEDs', blinkers with regular bulbs, and 2 red led strips for my brake lights and i am lost.

for led lights will use car phone charger, while regular bulbs will connect directly to battery



i will probably end up using this setup with one sla instead of 2

Are you asking what size muffler clamp you need?? Should be with order 1.125 tubing on bike?

Whats up with your old pillow block plate and mounts do they need a new home?

Bike is 1.125 The Old pillow block is ok but I need pillow block for my cnc. Anyways here are some pictures of u clamps 1.125 and 1.25

You ordered on Jan 2. We shipped the morning of Jan 3. It arrived on Jan 8. (not the 9th). I will agree 5 days in transit is a bit slow. But it wasn't 8 days.
