Looks great!What size is that briggs...5hp? What are you going to run off the engine cvt?? I really like what you guys are doing with these large motors.

Thanks , Yeah its a 5 horse briggs raptor . Im not running a cvt ill be ruuning a two disk clutch set up

No both rims are 26 inch. I guess its the angle of the bike and the way the picture was taken makes it look bigger .

okay here is a crappy picture of what I have done so far. I got a seat mounted finished welding the motor mount in . I made the two piece intake manifold and mounted the carb on the motor . Tonight i bent the crank arms to clear the motor and ordered a few parts. I can't wait to get into this motor and start the rebuild of it hopefully soon ,

You also might restrick air flow to the two stroke riders, or offset the needle valve to get the same effect. The two stroke wait every other stroke to get enogh air to fire. Four Stroking!

Sportsman flyer sells everything for the rear hub . It is a wide hub with a thick Axel . Some frame modificatin required. The two disk clutch is a centrifucal clutch that I'm going to use on my fourstroke.

I think the 2 disc clutch is a heavy duty cent clutch used by kart racers.
