I did Whizzers, and built Drop loop frames with Whizzer mounts welded in.

I am about to do a Drop-loop Model 08 Racer with a 99cc predator.

Heres my bike, its been awhile but i finally got some time to finish it. I made the frame, exhaust, handlebar, and forks myself.

You can find a few on our website, but we did not make real build-pics.
Drawing the frame took about one week, setting all the bend- and degree marks one more week, fab of gussets, dropouts.... one week (now laser-cut) , design adjustable jackshaft, sprockets, rear hub, front suspension...... build prototype.
I think we are looking at 4 month till we were ready for the final production!
Doing right the first time does pay off! We are testing our bikes HARD! (including off road and HIGH speed testing)
Biggest and only failure: crack at muffler, added gusset.
Now we are looking into CNC tube bending. This would be a very nice step forward!
We try to make as many parts ourselves as we can!

Certainly a unique looking bike...... what is in the part under the seat? The thing that looks like an oil tank?........ also wondering about how your forks work? I saw someone do something similar by modifying an office chair if i recall correctly, is that what you have done?...... what sort of motor is that?

Harry,
our bike has just the look we wanted, 1910 -20. Some customers said it looked like
a 1915 Cleveland...
Because we have a full 12 V electric system, with battery, CDI, regulator, relay, electric starter... we need room. That part under the seat is used for some of the electric
components and it has some room for tools. At the same time it is strengthening the
main gusset.
The front suspension is our own torque bushing design (build in dampening effect).
The engine is a decendent of the well know Honda 50 design which is around for
over 40 years.
