Well I am at it again, looks like I am hooked on the ebike way of life. I have picked some top shelf items for this build, almost have it as a roller...Going after the street tracker look and performance. Pictures to follow...

CulverCityClassics,

Thank you. That is a very impressive site. Their products are certainly reasonable and even more so with the discounts they are currently offering.
Made in the U.S. helps with the decision.

The nice thing is that they have a section for Sonders electric bikes with upgrades and replacement parts.
With all the Sonders bikes being sold I'm sure other makers will follow suit.

I figured you would get to shifting electrics and love 'em.

Once you have rode many different gas powered bikes, their simple eloquence and simplicity as an e-shifter bicycle is hard not to love.

Just a note about the SBP kit's engine mount using the BB...
You made a cool fancy new plate set (well done) but is that ideal for your frame?

Though they are fine on most bikes, they always seem to be a pain in the butt getting the motor in place and spaced right, and the BB parts don't always have enough threads to fit it in and the BB to be on tight.

You can fashion in a motor mount direct to the frame anywhere you want and leave the BB out of it.

A piece of L metal and a couple of muffler clamps and you're set.

Did you say muffler clamps KC, I don't even use them on mufflers... lol
Heheh, cool parts.

I don't use muffler clamps on exhausts either.
I don't use them for their original squeeze 'internal tubes' together intention at all.

I use them as a tight transition form a round tube to a flat mount surface using the top side of the clamp brace.

~$1.25 around the corner at the auto parts store in whatever size I need.
What do yours cost?
