CulverCityClassic "Dyno" 99cc Build

Picture of the day: worked on the rear sprockets and chain tensioner, got it all squared away. I may have it a pedal bike for the swap on Sunday.

The tire is a re-cap... Lol. 26 x 2.125 is the tire size. I have hookworms for it tho...

I see what ya did there.......ya made a nice alloy spacer and bolted sprocket to sprocket for proper pedal chain alignment.....looks very clean!

Picture of the day: changed over the tires, installed the front end, changed the bar stem, cleaned up the welds a bit and mounted the seat. Sure wish I had a box full of the brooks seats... They sure look good.... Takes a bit for your azz to wear in tho....

Going to try to get the crank on tonight... That is the crank on the bike..lol...

The Iceman has already said he wants to race the bike...that's interesting...

I know you already know this, but you build beautiful things. So much custom work and so much thought/engineering. I admire your builds very much.

Picture of the day: made a bracket for the fuel pump, the pump is a must if you want good performance. These little brackets take some time to make, I did make it a couple times till I liked it.

I am itching to get this bike running, I got all my parts in and will be making it work. 4 day weekend which I will be productive in the bike build.

This is a great build, I have a 79cc mounted the same as yours, and was wanting to know what performance improvements I may be able to get form a pump. I have a pump like you are using that I could mount on mine if it would make a difference.

The fuel pump is used when the carb is above the tank, with it installed you won't starve the carb.

After lowering the motor in the frame I realized the fuel pump is not needed on this bike, a couple hours of wasted time....making this setup...O-Well

Thanks Gilbert...

we were at the swap when your bike broke down, my son talked to you. You still have my number? We could have helped also...

Jeff thanks for posting all these pictures of your build, it's kewl! Do you if there is any size difference between the 79cc and the 99cc motor?
