Hey Paul,

Is the list still open for numbers? I see I have # 6 but need to add a few. I would like to get #13, #15 and #16. Please let me know if they are available.

How do I pay in advance.

BTW: if you still need an EMT I can check with the FD at my work.

Thanks

Truly, hope our DR race #s are alright to keep for 2011. Hope 55 works for Will aka SoSauty. I've put #55 on a battery box and clear coated over.

Hey Scotto, I think I'm your competition as my electric runs similiar speeds as your 4 stroker! Not sure, did you get yours to run a bit peppier? I'm getting maybe 33 early on then finishing about 29mph. Maybe 34 with all out pedalling, for example, when you're right in front of me!

Seems I saw your video and a coment about 32mph top speed. Gads looked like too much fun!

RWP, another electric! I'm hoping to upgrade to an Astro 3220(which is 2Xs my present 3210) this fall so I'm gonna be watching your speedy looking build, looking to see if you have multi-gearing. Have you run it much in WideOpenThrottle stop/go racing conditions much? A 5turn 3220 can be pretty hard on a controller in the race environment. There's a nice slipper clutch just like yours' on foto#4, along with a Turnigy80-100 motor to be awarded at the run.
Yep, mailing $25 when a payment method gets announced.

I think the 'teaser' of running the bikes on the 'Big Willow' track might be just what I need to get that 8-speed Felt done to run some laps!!

It won't be my 'race' bike, but I really want to see what it'll do! (^)

I received a box of Opti-2 and Opti-4 oil today from Interlube International
to give out at the Willow Springs race on June 18th.

They are so confident about the Opti-4 oil that they offer to double your
engines warranty!
yes, there is Opti -2 oil in the box too as well as Opti-Mizer fuel stabilizer
with Valve Guard and some Interlube Foam Filter Oil

12 Opti-4 20 oz bottles

48 Opti-miser packets with Valve Guard Fuel Stabilizer

500 ML Bottle Interlube Foam Filter Oil

13th 20 oz bottle of Opti-4 is mine that I bought and am using in my 4 strokes.

So...are electric bikes going to run at Willow or what???
Yes, eBikes will be racing at Willow Springs race.
At least 7 eBikes say they are coming and should easily have
more than 10.
Bring lots of batteries and a generator as there is limited power
at the Go Kart track.
Little ironic that you ebikers will be running noisy, smelly gas generators. LOL

Smelly generators - smelly bikes - the real question is who is going to win?

So count my electric in! Any chance of getting the #30, it's my friends old Willow Springs number?

Thanks BiMoPed for organizing a SoCal race!!!
I have been watching the DR for a while now and really got caught up by all the goings on.

I'm bringing my electric Cortina out to Willow Springs to RACE.
My friend Tim, experienced Willow Springs bike racer, will be in the saddle, while I cheer him on because I have no bike racing experience and old bones. Tim would like #30 if it's still available.
Let me know how to pay and anything else I need to show up.

Looking forward to meeting you all and having a great time.

It ain't all about winning. LOL Going to be a lot of fun.

You need a front number plate with at least a 6" tall number.
Still working on the payment announcement.
