Sat April 13th 2013 is the Next SoCal Motor Bicycle Racing Event

Looks like I probably won't have a car. It's getting towed to Pick n Pull today.

Been looking at a motorcycle tho. With luck, I'll be there but my bike won't.
 
HEY everyone im new to this world of motorbicycling and im going to attened the april 13th event and i was wondering if there are any vendors to get parts from???

Rob and Greg from PistonBikes.com will be there and you can call them before
the race to bring any parts you need.
 
Hey Norm,

The last race in October had the gates opening at 6:00am, with practice being from 7:00 - 9:45am, and the first heats starting at 10:15am.

I'm guessing this race will have a similar schedule.

There are a few guys that stay in motels fairly close to the track.

Ask Easy Rider where he stays and I think the BigBoys Timm and Roland
are too this race.

We can find out the best deal for you and maybe all you guys can
stay at the same place. share a room together? :D

I camp at the track on Friday night along with quite a few others.
There are no RV hook ups but it is free to camp Friday and Saturday
night.

I know which motel6 he's talking about and it's not the prettiest. Victorville is the neighboring city and its a lot better, and better restaurants, fast food etc. Victorville is not a far drive to the track.

It was your typical Motel 6 but it is the best one nearest to the track. There's another motel in the same area. Also next door was a decent restaurant. Bucko is right, its in Victorville.

Gbrebes had it right.

The gates open at 6:00am,

Practice from 7:00am - 9:40am,

Riders meeting.

The first heat starts at 10:15am.

Actually you can arrive any time you want as long as you don't wake
anyone up before 6am and there really isn't any reason to arrive before 6am

The hot tip is to get there Friday night and camp overnight but I realize
that everyone can't do that.
 
There are 29 days till race day......one short month away. I'm running out of time getting my race bike back together and there is no 24" rear wheel for it in sight. Still waiting on parts and building the new tank......

I know you will get it done in time. :)

We will be running the 11.99 HP class and the Unlimited class together
and scoring them separately.

The Unlimited Class is going to have some amazing bikes this race,
Meano Larry's 200 cc is over the top and here are a few pics of
Joker Machines Felt Deep 6 Briggs & Stratton Animal race bike.
Big Boy Cycles unlimited bike is going to blow everyone away too!

I am not sure who is riding Culvercityclassic's monsta bikes which
includes dmb's new race bike.
