Made a new intake manifold and installation of Bing 17mm with adjustable jets

Hi, Its good to share your ideas here of updating your mountain bike. Hoping to see the final project soon. Probably, I will share this with my husband to give him an idea in updating his mountain bike for a smoother ride.

The last post in this thread !! It's finally done as I want it, now it works again! Renovated engine and studded tires ready for some ice driving, Sandelco ignition system I save until it gets seriously :)

Hey! Appreciate that you like my thread :) The answer to your question! there's no problem because I have done heat shields on the exhaust system, protects against burns on mylegs /max

That tuned pipe in post 171 is one of my favorites. Looks perfect to me:) We had one over here very close to that. That bike pulled hard and topped out good.

Thanks! It is from a Yamaha DT60cc, works perfectly, engine revs 11.5K an pulls hard :)

cool idea using the water bottle mounts for an engine mount. Have though about this myself but they are small m5 - how have they been working for you?

So far it has worked well with 4. M5 screws ,Loctite+ rear engine mounting around the frame
