I added a heavier spring to the tensioner, & I also hooked it onto the clutch arm to give it more 'pull'.Did you have to do anything to the spring tensioner to keep the chain on?
Is there any slop in the rear end?
great job, Norm. That's a very clean build and a I think something that a lot of folks have been wanting to do / see but havent been able, or have been scared. You may have opened a door to a whole new wave. again, great job.I just finished this bike for a customer to take to Burning Man.
I custom built a set of heavy duty alloy wheels with a Nexus 3-speed hub & a front disc brake & welded a SBP pipe to give it more power.
This bike rides super smooth!
