Dan- Aurghhhh! A friend wanted to open a sushi truck. I said "How about a gas-bike?" No, was his response. Then I promptly forgot the idea. I know a guy who may be interested in funding such an enterprise... I'll report back.

Ludwig II- I work for a Dutchman. He asked if I knew how copper wire was invented. I admitted that I did not. He explained that long ago, someone tried to get a penny from a Dutchmans' hand, and the struggle produced copper wire. I have been unable to verify this using wikipedia, and since that is the only existing truth, I must accept it as fact.

I fully intend snack/drink or MB hotdog cart. A sushi bike is actually a thought.
A pizza oven would just be to heavy.

You could make a living, building something for someone to make a living.
Around here, in the warmer months, people come from all over the world to fish, swim and boat the rivers. Someone with a liquor licence and a good bike could send their kids to college.
Similar opportunities must abound?

inter-changeable signage and 'carry sets' to accommodate different product...

Meth and motorized bikes in Canada, yikes!

The 19-year-old sped his bike Tuesday evening at what police say was a "high speed," past officers working security on Huron Street.

Police were able to stop him inside the barriers.

A search found he was carrying crystal meth, police say.

The man has been charged with:

Dangerous driving.
Four counts of breaching probation.
Three counts of breach of recognizance.
Possession for the purpose of trafficking.

He was also charged under Ontario's Highway Traffic Act for
driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
