I have started a project that involves some really nice frames as the heart of this build. I have two engines to work with... 160cc and a 200cc. I also have a bunch of hi end parts to make these bikes top notch and one of a kind.

They are Helmet frames.... He makes one of the best frames around for sure

They are nice. Had to make some changes to the drive. I just can not make a cvt work on this frame, it will have to have a jackshaft setup.

seeing the frame in your jig sure fooled me

why didn't you do the frame to your specifications weight and size etc???

or are they customer builds???

I have been working on the twins till some Kate hours. Motor mounts made, well the main part. These bikes will be made to ride. Could not make a cvt work so had to come up with a plan.... I will tell you this.... It will be the future of drives.
