Death Race 4-16-2011

I'll be there. Probably just ride for fun since it'll be my first time and I haven't quite broken in my engine yet. See everyone there!
 
the most important thing is to have fun i remember thew first time i went in the track i was hooked this year i am bringing the two bikes my two wheeler and hopefully i will be revealing my new project
 
Looks like the other Morini won't make it, oh well.

looks like it's shaping up to be a great race. seems all the past ones were just people out for a ride (no offense.) i think we're gonna see some real competition in this one. riders from all over the country are coming to see who's got what it takes.

this is gonna be fun...:)
 
well we just had our death race meeting.. and it went well... there will be 8 of us coming up from SIMI VALLEY ( VENTURA ) from PISTON BIKES and we can't wait to see all the bikes and all the creativity.. and just have a great time..not so much about the race as it is just to have a great time... see ya'll friday.. look for our pop up tarp with the PISTON BIKES sponsored by JACK DANIELS FLAGS we'll be the party crew...

Mine are *custom* ugly ones. :lol:

Still building the one I want to race on, but may have to go with the one I rode at Undead Race 2010, though with a safe fork and brakes this time. :lol:

Seriously "Jack Daniels" is giving PISTON BIKES money to advertise them at the Death Race? I really would like an answer to that.....
Are you guys gonna be racing drunk too? LOL

LMAO no not really sponsored by Jack Daniels.... we just have the flags and yes we will be drunk on Fri.. NOT on Sat and definitely NOT racing drunk... I hope no one else is either....we run on JACK, NOT our bikes that would be wasting good Jack...LOL

Since no one else responded, heard 71 bikes last year, there may be a few that DNF'd during practice and weren't counted. Last April there was 1 e-bike, looks maybe 8 e-bikes this year. I've no sense of those with plans to race and/or show bikes this April, other than the public banter on forums. Hope 'motored bike racing' experiences simplistic pragmatic growth to become a widely enjoyed sport.

My build is proving a bit of a challenge. I may have to settle for 1 speed, just cruise a heat at 35mph.

SoSauty, very nice clean looking bike but are you going to race with those pedals from crank brothers? In other words are you really going to be clipped in? If you are you got some blls.
