Well, your bike Newbikers has a fairly acute angle at the cranks when compared to the majority of bicycle frames, which sets your entire motor fairly high up. That angle has the chain pass at points on the frame where it begins to taper back into the frame.
I think you've got a real nice build going. I like the clean look of the way the motor is mounted.
I'm soon to start my third build with a frame shaped similar to yours. I'm planning to find one of these offset intake manifolds to install on mine. I think you're going to need one too.
What size tire does your bike have? Is your problem with the tire rubing the chain?

That offset intake is cool but i dont think it will fit the limited space i have
The one i made works perfect it's 100% airtight. no reason to replace it now.
The tires are 29 inch
the bike is huge
I haven't weighed it yet but its so heavy the kick stand DOES NOT hold the bike up anymore!
What I meant was how wide is the tire? What's it say on the side of the tire? Is that what your problem is, the tire rubs the chain?
I'm pretty sure that manifold will fit your bike. You should probably try to get one when you can, and just keep it handy in case you ever need it.
I had a problem with the chain rubbing on the lower fork of a Op Roller build I made.
This is how I solved the problem. If yours still rubs one of the tubes you might need to go to a smaller chain.
One thing you can do if your sprocket is dished as can be seen in biknut's photo is reverse the sprocket. Just be sure your chain clears the spokes though.
I trued my rag joint by using an old intertube cut and slide over the ends of the axle and then 2 vice grips clamped down and to chairs side by side with the wheel in the middle so i could spin it and look for wobble.
That was the first thing I did. It looks a million times better doesn't it?

Earlier in my article i said how the clutch was tight
Well it was so tight it was trying to snap the cable
apparently this is a common problem so i tried every method to fix it.
I lubed my cable with grease.
I adjusted the internal clutch spring. all the way out.
I adjusted the star nut inside the clutch cover.
The clutch is still so tight its not even funny
I'm not happy to say the least

Chain snapped 1 link on the 1st test ride
I think it's because the chain was to loose I'm not sure tho
