Main fork tubes ... bent in pipe bender useing mandrels....pipe is 1" x .125 wall....used a lumber profile to get correct bends
Handle bars are 7/8" and have been set up in jig to weld sleeves in place for the forks.....have also welded cross tubes for pivots for the mechanical
Welding in outside fork ends...simple jig to hold every thing in place

Steering head is from a suzuki 500...its 1" in diameter and has tapered bearings....
