Larger picture allowance

I just can't seem to get my pics downsized enough to upload. I do have lots to post but my thumbnails look like my computer crashed during save!

Thanks...dnut

I've never had a problem uploading pics. I want to know how to put the pics directly on the page like others are doing.

You have to use a decent graphics software program to reduce the size of your images. I use IrfanView which is free and does an excellent job of reducing images. You have to learn how to use the tools properly though.

Thanks all, I went the route suggested by Theon because I get to keep the full resolution... topic closed!

Sorry to add to a closed topic but.......13megapix Galaxy S4 phone with photobucket will get you this kinda hi-rez pic

and you can text along with it....

Yeah, got it now too.

Massdrive... to load a pic directly to your thread, while editing your thread there are toolbars above the text box you type in. On the right half of the toolbar there are some icons like a hashtag and a quote bubble. There is also a little picture icon with mountains and a sun, click this. To use this method, the pictures have to be remotely hosted and that host should give you a link to the picture in raw HTML. Copy this and insert it into the window that popped up when you clicked the picture icon. It will be text until you click the save button but when you load the regular page it should load from your remote host.

you know, I was wondering if copper would work to relocate the carb... my 2 stroke bike died before I got around to it.

NICE

I used to use imageshack until finally they wanted me to pay for it.....that's when I went back to photobucket and all is well again.

The one feature I liked about imageshack that photobucket doesn't have is the ability to post thumbnails which comes in handy when using live chat....
