i have the 66/80 cc slant head, about 1400 miles running 30:1

ive always really had the problem of after 4 mins of running and its warmed up i cant WOT i can pull throttle to 60 % but thats about it after that it just boggs... also i am running lean and cant seem to adjust the mixture i have the upgraded carb with no primer it has one idle screw and 2 small screws im assuming for the mixture.. i dont know how to tinker and i also dont know how to adjust the needle in the carb.... please help... ohhh also i can never get an idle messing with the screw on the side of chain does nothing.... ugh please help i dont know if it matters but im upstate NY 1000ft above sea level and its around 30-50 degrees recently... oh and also i have a tight seal on the head and im getting oil comming out of the front of head and spark not alot but noticable after 15 miles

Biknut is right about drilling the main jet, you can buy a set on e-bay if you want. Try the link below to see what you will need, a hand held drill works great.

You don't need a drill, just the drill bit. You can turn the drill bit with your fingers, or plyers.

The little drill set on e-bay is only $6.25 shiping included, will work good on brass jets. I bought one kinda like this on amazon, be sure to mic the bit to make sure you are using the correct drill. Small bits look about the same.

Start with about a #66. If that's still too lean try a #64
