That was a BLAST! Great time. Sum fast bikes. Great people and lots of racing.
82 and breezy. perfect. I bent my rim when my tire jumped out on one of the turns.

But if ya don't break sumthin your not trying hard enough!
Thanks to all for a great time! and congrats to the winners.

Roland and the crew at http://www.spookytoothcycles.com/ know how have one heck of a great event!

Was I the only one that got sunburnt? My neck and face are on fire.

I had a good time as well. It was rad seeing the guys from cali cruise out. There were soo many sick bikes.

A video is in the making.

What a great turn out this year! I counted at least 68 bikes in the pits and there was a few more still but had to get ready for main event.

We had so many we had to have three heat races with eliminations. Each heat was 8 laps plus a 12 lap main.

Riders had the track to cruise at leisure from 12-3pm

I think the out of state racers that showed up out numbered the AZ riders. Much appreciated all those that made the trip to Tucson for Death Race 2010

As usually there were some spills and thrills and some tight battles on the track.

Alex Campa finished 2nd and Tim (I believe) finished third.

Here is me and my friction drive.....

I'm thinking about getting a NuVinci hub for next year.....lower handle bars, better tires.... watch out next year.
