I thought I'd post this bike here...
I originally bought this from another member here & I totally tore it apart & rebuilt it for the So-Cal 99cc race class.

It now has a larger carb & ported head, aluminum Worksman wheels with a AGK hydraulic disc brake, Hookworms, a Sportsman 56T sprocket & Clubman bars.

I'm anxious to see how well it does on the track this October!! :)

Here's a close up of the custom seat post... I also cut about 1" off the frame to lower the seat even more.

Below is the custom engine mount that I made from a 49cc kit mount & some steel pipe... This worked out very well & is extremely solid... it needs no other upper engine mounts! :)
It's held to the frame with large hose clamps. ;)

I finished the chain guard so I won't get my leg caught in the chain if I slide out on the track this saturday.

To answer any comments about the clutch sticking out?, I'll be wearing my work boots to protect my ankle from the spinning clutch! ;)

Looks Cool!!
I was wondering about that clutch...Does it bang in? Or is it a smooth?
I've seen others with this clutch too, so anyone can answer who has knowledge of the spring tension.

Here's a little update on the bike... It was sold over a year ago, & it was recently brought back to my shop for some much needed clutch & chain repairs, & I was very pleased to find that inspite of how beat up the bike was, the engine was still in very good condition!

I think this is proof as to how nice & reliable these Predator engines can be. (^)

Don't mind the picture below... It's of a custom exhaust pipe that I made, & I can't figure out how to delete it. :p

Great looking bike,I was wondering if anyone on the forum ever used a bore sleeve to use a 3/4 clutch on a 5/8 shaft, then you could use a readily available torque converter with a cover on it.
