User name meaning?

I worked on a military contract for NATEC,..Tig Welding production job .The other guy got more done than I.so the boss called him Rocket Rick And me Turtle Ted..I made up an obscene nickname for that boss which I believe caused my early departure from that company..100 % of my welds passed x-ray....Oh Well ,now I am old and slow so Turtle Tedd doesn't sound that bad.

One of my side things is hand-weaving sterling silver chains link by link with needlenose pliers..pretty tedious stuff... kind of mindless though once you get the weaves down.

...and over a year later...here I am

My last name is "Hough" pronounced with one of 5 pronunciations of "ough" in ye olde english- "O"- therefore, my last name- Hough- is pronouced "hoe". My user name is, therefore HoughMade...sounding much like "home made" which my bike is.

I have been told i have exceptional insight and give really good advice.

Absolutely NONE of which I follow. Therefore- Badxampl.

Fits Like a Glove

Plus it was my license plate for a while, till I got tired of hearing the same statement over and over again from the cops

"Of What? a good driver??"

Ha ha ha.

I used to have a couple of disrespectful aligators in the creek in my back yard. They had been fed and would come after people. So, I had to rope them and handle them a bit then release them back into the creek. It worked and now all the gators (in my section of the creek anyway) are very respectable. So people started calling me Gator Wrestler.

Because all the good names where taken already and I needed something I could remember. I used to be self abusive and used to punish myself by collecting and racing Rupp snow machines. I'm better now.

No man deserves the **** a liquid Rupp snowmobile dishes out lol. I built my bike for less than I paid for one piston and I've ridden more miles than all the sleds I had combined. Based on that I'd say better.

You may not be antique enough to know it was a band from the 60's.

Used to sit and listen to my dad's BB albums all the time when I was a kid. I'm 35 and a musician. We had a 3 walls full of records for me to listen to. It is weird to think that there's some kids who don't know who the Beach Boy's are tho.

Off topic but I saw Aerosmith with "Uncle" Ted Neugent in 4th grade and John Fogarty in 5th grade... my parents were hippies, sort of, so I "know" alot of things I probly shouldn't.
