I am trying to take off this screw to be able to get off the flower bit so I can move the sprocket but this thing is stuck is their something I’m missing here?

You need to use the biggest screw driver you have, looks like the screw is very tight. You may need a impact bit tool to remove it, harbor freight has a light duty impact tool that works good for bikes. If you have a screw driver with the shaft going all the way through and exposed at the handle you can tap on it while holding it in the screw and turning, that works sometimes.

I got it off kind of stripped it but is should work or I’ll fond a screw laying around somewhere. Now though I’m having trouble getting flower nut off.

I’m having trouble getting flower but off.
Squeeze the clutch lever @ the bars - That will relieve the pressure and allow the flower nut to easily turn in or out.

DO NOT take off the flower nut to spin the sprocket!! (you're only gonna have a ton of trouble setting the clutch back up)!

Pull the clutch lever & then turn the sprocket with a flat head screwdriver. The clutch may be stuck from sitting in the box for months, but it will crack free ;)
