Predyno 99cc......the ultimate daily cruiser!

Resting in the stable with big brother, little Predyno is still waiting for pipe, tank and rear brake to be finished. It's the little finishing touches that seem to take forever, especially when working on multiple bikes at one time.

me,jeff and andy were wondering how the racer was doing, looks like your close bro! dennis

Yeah Dennis, it's gettin' close alright........close to race time! Here is a tank I popped out yesterday from the same 4" aluminum square tubing used to make the Predyno tank.....hope it holds enough fuel to finish a 12-15 lap final at the races. It should.

I like... nice work as always! :)

Thanks Frank. Got very little done on this build today as I'm focusing on getting the race bike back together in time for Grange on April 13th.

Here is a pic of the tail end of the exhaust that will eventually be the street pipe for around the town riding.....

Well I guess I can start my new build thread finally........been waiting over 2 years to build this bike but it is for daily street use rather than for racing as originally intended. I have to thank the following members of this forum for making this build finally possible: agk (Shane) for several high performance parts for the engine, dmb (Dennis) for the cool Dyno frame, Thud (Todd) for getting this 99cc Pred engine to California for me, steveco55 (Steve) for the motor mounts, maurtis (Mike) for the 90mm Sturmey Archer front hub, and all my racing buddies and friends for their inspiration and support. Thank you!

Day one of many.......ya gotta start somewhere.

So I got the motor mounts fitted, figured the engine placement on the soon to be finished mounting plate and am working on the front mount and other aluminum beef-ups.

This is going to be an awesome build!

.wee.

What Dyno frame is that?

It's a Dyno-Glide.

Hey thanks for the info. Must have missed the name right there on the top tube lol. I looked to I swear! Very cool frame, had no idea they where that rare. I'll be on the look out lol. Very nice build I'll be happy if mine even comes close.

I've been riding the heck out of this bike and it is what it is......... Predyno 99cc......the ultimate daily cruiser!

If I do decide to take this bike to the races, the freshly painted shorty exhaust pipe will stay on the build till race day ends. A number plate will be added sporting #3 as usual. See you in the pits?

high man, i'm a noob to all this stuff and still at the very bottom of the learning curve and i wanted to thank you for sharin' your work, it's threads like this that will help me begin to educate myself as i await delivery of my first ever motorized bike, ...a Micargi cruiser being built for me by the guys at Pirate Cycle, ...i can't phuckin' wait!

...anyway, thanks again man, and congrat's on the grandbaby, i've got a couple of the little crumb pickers myself and it warms my heart having them around and it pleases me even more that it's my daughter whose responsible for all the crappy diapers, ...and the fact that she seems to be doing a pretty good job of it.

peace, bozo

Still plugging away at this build.......got some new inspiration yesterday.....

I still can't wait to be riding this bike every single day in it's finished condition!

How much would you charge to fabricate one of those in-frame tanks?

Perhaps maybe it's time I learned to weld :p
