My motor header is smoking

My motor is smoking from the header i thought it was a bad gasket but i replaced it but it still did it. The motor is a skyhawk 66/80cc jet, its not broken in yet but i never had this problem with any of my other motors. At low rpm it'll jerk the chain like its stalling but i checked the idle and my clutch everything's fine, so what caused the smoke the leak from the head and why would my motor stall at low rpm and not high?

by the way there are no air leaks and i do have a vented gas cap

Smoking from the header. My guess is you have oil on the header. Might be that exhaust gasket isn't sealing as good as you think it is.
You running 32 to 1 or 16 to 1? 16 to 1 is a very, very oil rich mixture.
I've used both and prefer 32 to 1 right from the start.
I use syn. oil at 40 to1 after about 2 tanks have been ran through the engine.

im using 1 gallon gas to 2.6oz oil ....i think thats 50 to 1 ratio the oil i use is pro mix from lowes....... it might be the exhaust gasket ill have to check that

Sometimes the flanges aren't flat, but it's most likely the gasket, OR gas COULD be slowly dripping from the tank? It's all possible.

could be the flanges but i know my tank doesnt leak. could it be my exhaust ports ......idk ill have to check in a few hours when the sun comes up

ok well the exhaust isnt the problem check the head gasket replaced it still smokes just not as much the main thing im concerned about is the bogging in and out at low rpms

check your carb for any clogging,

as for the smoke, see if it goes away after a while, mine smoked a fair amount at first, but went away after a while

i figured out its the back pressure from my exhaust leeking out i fixed the bogging problem by adjusting the jet
