How cold have you operated your motorized bike?

I've got a 49cc HT kit, have successfully started and ridden it at around 15F here in SW Ohio. Glad these little motors start well in the cold. Thank God for chokes.

What about you?

yup.... below freezin.... once it warms up.. good to go... i think like 10f... lol i dont know tho dont watch the news.....the chill factor is wicked.... gotta gear up those days =)

As an all season commuter... however cold it might be, I try to not pay too much attention to such things, instead I step outside and judge by the four degrees of disgruntlement;

hmm... ok fine, jacket today
meh... yea, prolly outa gloves
sheesh... time for nylon pants & fuzzy hat too
arrgh! scarf, doubled up pants, socks & fleece

Probably -2°F... wind chill around -17°F... The motor loves it, and so do I but my fingers usually protest...check out the video section...there is proof...

15F; just two weeks ago. was 45F the day before yesterday, and 22F today. I have an X80 with an NT Speed, #75 jet. On the 45F day, I had the needle clipped 2nd from top. Had to move it down 2 slots today to richen it up for the thicker air. Tempermental little buggers, but well worth the effort.

Right now its 4º up here in Wiscansin went for a cruise with a buddy, had to really play with the choke to warm it up but solidly going 30. The cold cant stop US!

Just last week I was riding around in freezing 61 degree weather. Luckily it warmed up to 64 in the afternoon. I don't like the winter time.

When it hits negatives I call it. Definitely perfer the warm weather though summer cant come fast enough!
