Happy Travels

If you guys would like i will ask one of our local blues players to write a song for happy.I was thinking about SUPER CHIKAN.Google him and let me know.Go to his web site and take a listen.HD

go Doc!!! Please do !!! how cool is that and thank you!!! Really, aside from copy right stuff would just be awesome to have a real "happy" theme song. No stuff, very cool and thank you!

did I mention thank you Doc for the great thought? snork. I am thinking up-beat and happy. But I only get a vote and up 2 the bunch of us.

I have recorded a CD in the past- 13 songs....not sure if there is a suitable song on it for Happy.

I'll have to give it a listen again.

And were the heck is Happpy anyway havn't seen him for pages

He's still hanging out with me. My ride is being cranky so I haven't been able to get out with him.

Hey FR31 do you want to take him in? I bet you could show him a better time than I can right now.

Sure Fin, let me get back to you when I have time, I've got several bikes to build. Maybe towards the end of the week.

"Happy Travels" the album! this just gets better and better. You guys are awesome!

Honestly, I am having a blast with this crazy. Thanks all!

I really owe the first guy who thought of putting a motor on a bike. If we could figure out the real first guy, hold an annual pilgrimage to his grave, get wildly drunk and ride in his honer. Wut?

I hope the weather holds out for Happy's tour of Tucson, it is our monsoon season and it looks like the rain is on it's way. Lets hope he does not get washed away in a flash flood.

Happy got to see a little of Tucsons desert type splendor! My night blooming cactus had an episode last night so I woke him up to check out the flowers before they closed!

cool pics. For the tuff guy I know Happy is, is good to see him enjoying the softer side of life. He is a multifacetied and complicated individual. (with incredibly bad breath)

((oh, like I am the 1st person to notice!?))

Go Happy!

I heard a rumor that Happy is headed to the great south eastern part of the most north eastern county in Ahia soon.

So Happy and I finally made it out today! We met up with FR31 and his friend Alex at a place called Reid Park. Took in the sights at the park then headed downtown. Since everybody is into flowers we stopped by the Rose Test Garden. I think it is run by a group of Rose growers who are constantly trying to figure out what will grow in Tucson and what won't. There is also a lake at the park which is a big deal around here where you don't see much open water aside from swimming pools. I have also included a shot of Happy trying out FR31's Bike.

While we were hanging out at the lake a little kids train ride came by so I caught a shot of that just for fun. From there we stopped at the band shell where there are often free concerts going on. Not today though. We then stopped to take in a bit of a ball game that was going on. I'm not sure who was playing. Probably a local industrial league.

We then rode to downtown Tucson to view what is probably the worst piece of municipal art anywhere. It has been there for almost 20 years and the only comment people still have is "What were they thinking!?!?" Right beyond that point is the old city courthouse which is one of the more scenic buildings downtown imho.

We then walked our bikes over to Presidio Park. This park is built on the location of the original Spanish fort (The Presidio) that founded Tucson. Here I got shots of Happy in front of a fountain and a Statue dedicated the Mormon division that fought in the Mexican American war. From there we just continued riding so we didn't stop for more pictures. I think he is starting to get restless though so I expect he will be showing up somewhere else soon.

That's fantastik guys. I'm glad happy is having a good time there. It seems he is quite the MB repair man too. All the pics were perfect. The wife says we need to get him out to someone that lives by the largest ball of twine after seeing that "piece of art" in Tucson. Great job.
