Yes, I’ve seen numerous catch cans, really have not settled on any particular one, just getting some opinions, they put me in mind of a water separator.
There are so many options, from the valve cover to a catch can, as pictured.
Then just seen the one going to a catch can out into the intake, seems might improve performance?

Nice! So, going from the valve cover over to catch can with a filter up top be functional?

So, your coming off crank case from governor hole? Then through the catch can into the air intake? Using a PCV valve?

I follow several threads on this subject. Thinking a simple hose to a vented catch can would suffice, not a racing set up, just improved intake and exhaust.
I found this in a thread and thinking is this really necessary for a mostly factory build?

No PCV though I suppose there could be one, but routing the engine vapor directly into the intake circuit is clean and tidy.

I have never seen a system as this just recently realized a can would be beneficial, but didn’t take it a step further. Now I feel compelled to do the same! Why did you route your lines this way, to equalize pressure?

Why is there a need for your build to circulate pressure? To gain more splash under the valve cover and going through the catch can to the intake create vacuum?

I just picked up the re-spoked wheels, super durable #14 spokes.
Also had a front brake hub installed.
Spoking a complete wheel is not one of my many skill-sets!
Many thanks out to Merv’s Bike Shop, Shippensburg, PA

Love the hub brake to accompany the springer fork

Little hiccups, hub sprocket Adapter presents challenges. Remove coaster brake arm and fit the sprocket, drill set the 6 bolts right into hub left side.
Afterwards, maybe attempt the hub bracket with aid of dremel?

Well Duke, stuffing a 212cc in anything but a made for frame is going to be a cluster feck, or just dangerous. You are in hilly country like me.
212cc engines are an attractive solution. There are forumites that build frames for 212's.

On hold, yeah well unless you’re an absolute idiot, pushing a bicycle beyond the safe margin is just irresponsible.
Personally, I never ran a gas bike in traffic nor beyond the safe margin

But then, there are the occasional delusions of motorized bicycles actually being a motorcycle

Well, this mount would be quite useless without serious modification, at least in this frame.
I know building this sort of project is extremely challenging, which I love a good challenge
But back to the drawing board.
I have another frame, very sturdy large tubed frame…I don’t know, always wanted to put a 4 stroke on a bike but using such shoddy components would be insane!

I believe shelving this is in order! Get a nice plate of steel and fire-up the welder!
