Bout ten years ago, I designed a shed roof, wood shed framed up with Douglas Fir and floored with White Oak 8x4 pallets. The floor and framing have held up well. But the spruce slab wood siding Bark on from an Amish sawmill has not fared as well and the genuine deer antler handle got chewed up by squirrels.
Uncle Tom's Cabin as I called it could as designed take 3 cord stacked tight to the walls.
With the new Canadian EPA rated wood stove our longest Springs use 2 1/2 cord of Ash.
But When I bought in where was nuthin but trees and tree frogs. The land around me got deforested and now gentrified. 1/2 mil homes and that was before home prices got nuts. So I thought before they condemn me I better try to do some property improvement. Wood shed and the crap I had piled against it to resist rain and snow had to go.
Menards delivered a Versitube ATV shed with special order extra siding to fully enclose it against the weather.
The 7Wx10Lx6H work out to a bit more than 3 1/4 cord capacity.
I think they screwed me on the price.

So the develop the story more, frame and siding got dropped Friday at 1PM, 6/25.
Air was muggy and temp was pushing 90F in the shade. I broke open the strapped frame and went at it.
I know I won't get much sympathy, but 71 ain't 50. Beer never tasted so good and I sweat most of it out.
Yesterday, Saturday was rainy so shop time.
Made Mona bacon, hash brownd taters, and eggs sunny side up for brekky.
Back at the new shed and while I don't recommend it because it is fraught with instant disaster, single handing the siding can be done. Kind of like drywall. You need propper props.
