I think if you bend your pipe some so the front of the muffler is out further it will be ok you can always put a small heat sheald in between.............Curt
 
Well don't you hate it when you run into a little problem? I just ran into a real pain in the backside one. The Chain and chain stay seem to have a contact issue.

Front to back in runs true it is when it crosses over the chain stay that the problem comes in to play.

So they have to be moved like in the mock up....

I had npticed that it looked like the chain would run inline with frame but I figured you had a plan for that.

I was going to use an idler sprocket, but someone told me that it might not be a good idea to do on the top side chain seeing as that is where most of the torque gets put on the chain.

I agree not a good way to do it, build is looking very good.....
