I think if you bend your pipe some so the front of the muffler is out further it will be ok you can always put a small heat sheald in between.............Curt

That is what I was thinking also with a heat shield.

That is where I got it and it was like $35 for the tire plus $10 for the tube.

Well don't you hate it when you run into a little problem? I just ran into a real pain in the backside one. The Chain and chain stay seem to have a contact issue.

Front to back in runs true it is when it crosses over the chain stay that the problem comes in to play.

So they have to be moved like in the mock up....

Almost all back together for the chain stay.

I was going to use an idler sprocket, but someone told me that it might not be a good idea to do on the top side chain seeing as that is where most of the torque gets put on the chain.

I agree not a good way to do it, build is looking very good.....

No more hitting the chain stay... still need to weld it more where it attaches to the frame.

The new welder is the bomb and does great when the person behind the welding gun does what he is suppose to do.

Not many more welds, then the motor mounts will be ready.
