I found a set of 40s Schwinn bars on e-bay for $19. And a set of correct color fenders for the bike .I lost the auction for the fenders by one dollar, while at work.
But I got the bars.

Sucks to lose an auction like that. But I like the look of your bike as-is with the multi colors. It looks "retro-cool".

I went to the flea market, with the intention of finding an old hood ornament to put on the front fender . It turns out their was a guy with some old NOS. parts.
I picked this up for the fender.

Mine is a '48 Westfield Viking with an H motor. The light and seat are not correct along with a few minor things, but, she's in good shape "out of the box".
