1910 replica build on Lifan 99cc flathead

Hi, piston community.
At first I'm want to say sorry about my poor english, but i hope you understand my.

In this post I'show my latest project - antique motorcycle replica .

Project dont seek properly historical build - I' made it for fan to job,and fan to ride.

First, I introduce my self I' and show early motorbycycles. It's all factory made motorbicycles , I jast find i't in crap, and bring new life for thems.
1.RIGA-7. Made in Latvian plant "SARKANA ZVAIGZNE" (RED STAR) .Enginе Д-8,made in russian plant "КРАСЫЙ ОКТЯБРЬ " (RED OCTOBER).Year about 1970 .

2.ЗИФ-16. Made in russian plant ЗИФ, engine KRASNYJ OKTIABR Д-5.Year about 1960 .

3.Sport-motorbicycle based on RIGA-13 (Latvia), and engine Д-8.

4.Motorbicycle based on men's bicycle UKRAINA and engine Д-8 .

In this photos you can see what in this day populiar china bicycle engine kit in fact is copy of early 195' russian KRASNYJ OKTIABR Д-5 -6 - 8 .

Now I tell about latest project. This based on Holand made for very tall men bicycle . Original wheels have 32' measurements , I change it to 26' whells. From the bicycle left only frame and forks . One good man gifted old pretty BISMARK seat.
Engine bought new, in store. It was in complected with water pump .

Clutch from Piaggio ZIP

In first I planned belt transmition, but later after several test ride, remade to chain. Tank i did from 98 mm cooper tube and and-cup .

Now thinking about motor chain cover, peggs design, ant painting. Difficult to decide -black or beige color will be better.

Hallo,
one year ago i successfully finished my project with 4T Lifan engine and chain .

Now i want to try 2T 1e40f 50cc engine with belt.Maybe somebody have experience with this engine?

I did a 1937 build.
I think I kept it pretty right with era.

It's a lot time and money, but worth it.
