i used sheet metal typ screws and then forced nylock nuts on them tight . they are pretty short though so not to mutch to worry about.

Nice bike. That looks like an Army uniform you're wearing. I wore one for 20 years. Retired in 96. Corporate man now, so the discipline from the Army really helped me climb the ladder.
