Shatner designed trike

Well, William Shatner helped to design the "Rivet" trike.
I like the rivets in the body panels and the cow catcher looking thing behind the front wheel.
It looks far more stable than some of the other V8 trikes.
I hope they add a windshield before Shatner drives one across the USA this summer.

I hope Bill looses a few pounds before then or they'll have to make the seat bigger. :)

I'd like to know what was going through his mind when he designed the tail light lenses. They are like three '59 Cadillac lenses attached end to end.

It looks about as comfortable as Santa's sleigh........dork engineering.

Tires look like Hostess "DingDongs".

The oversized rivets remind me of that goofy space series with Lorne Green. Can't remember the name but I always laughed at the interior shots with those massive iron beams and rivets. Looked like a 1900s bridge instead of a space ship.

Steer it like a tractor. To turn right, grab the right brake.
Sounds like the 'Beatnic Bandit' a show car from the early 60s. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beatnik_bandit It used differential braking to steer too. Didn't work too good. It was wrecked when the steering failed and it crashed into a wall. After that it was rebuilt and never saw the road again. It was just a show car that was hauled around in a trailer.

Differential braking works okay for airplanes, bulldozers and army tanks. It ain't for the road, yet.
