I already talked to a few people, notice that I said we and it wasn't anI feel that you want to stop the advancement of the hobby. this won't be the first time that someone else might want to do something that another has.
I'm sure that if you asked other racers about the cranks they all would agree that they fall into your established rules. .
autocratic decision?
Advancement of the sport?
Nope, trying to keep the bikes motorized bicycles and not turn them into
motorcycles with foot pegs.
Also keep it simple and use off the shelf cranks and not have to cut them
down and weld back together.
The Midrange and small bikes can really benefit from cranking on those pedals
for a little extra speed but you have to keep your cranks rotated in the right
position in the corners.
Those cranks you made are ridiculously short and look like foot pegs.
I hope you bring them because I don't believe you can really pedal them.
How about a lap on those short cranks?
Bring the regular ones too because as it stands they are disqualified.
