You'll be glad if ya do, it's pretty basic and sure to be reliable.



On the first tank I got from Clairemont, down to Sea World and up into the hills of Rancho Santa Fe before it ran dry. That would be approx 40 miles. The tank I built for it should be about double that size.

That little engine runs like a champ!

Got a package today......PARTS! Woohoo, now I can somewhat finish this build and hopefully get the race bike back together.
How about one of these as the base for a 4 stroke bike?

Parts came in so I started configuring the rear (jack shaft) brake set-up. Also a pilots view of the cockpit and a close-up of how to get the exhaust pipe away from your leg so ya don't get burned so easily when wearing shorts.









Prolly be building the exhaust pipe today ;)

Oh and speaking of gas tanks, quick and easy, here is what you can make with a short section of 4" square, 1/8" thick aluminum tubing.......oh yeah.











I'm really liking this tank!
