No sir I cannot really say that you rebuilt it. Sorry I said that wrong. This rod and piston is very fascinating. This bike I know is a great fast race bike. Wish I could have road that bike before and after. I know of all folks you would have this thing dialed tits on !!

That's a nice clutch but way out of my price range! Do you have a clutch you could recommend that would be cheaper an have torque and speed with the 212 predator? I'm looking to go 50 if possible what size rear sprocket should I use?

Yea I've been there and looked around but I am still learning with all the engine stuff I don't know much at all about gear ratios so I would hate to buy parts and just ruin the clutch. Would any clutch and any size back sprocket be ok?i really have nobidea how to do this!

I sold predator303 my engine and he has some good info in here http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=43358 he is using the max torque clutch but that's the easy part is to figure what clutch to use. AGK's gearing calculator should help as everyones build is different and what we want for the build. You should probably think about a jack shaft set up as well and that'll help with the alignment of the engine.

Hey one more question then ill stop bugging you guys haha. Will the hack shaft setup and the clutches for the 79&90cc predator engines also work for the 212 cc engines? If so then I have an awesome idea coming along haha

The output shaft (PTO) is larger on the 212cc, thus it uses a different size clutch. The rest of the jackshaft is the same and can be used on all the sized engines you mentioned.

Depends if you want "torque to pass out of the turns" or "catch'em in the straights speed" pottybun. you can search for the "gear ratio calculator" at the top of all pages(all those search results come back here btw), but that'll only tell you top speed. Your butt-dyno is the only one to tell you torque off the apex :)
