Yes, I installed a flat top piston and a longer billet rod.....I guess you could call it rebuilt.....I thought you had put a longer rod in this one ?
Sure, here's a link: http://www.nr-racing.com/clutches.htmWhat kind of clutch did u use for speed scotto?? I am building a chopper and I have no idea where to get a clutch that will give me the full power and speed! Could you post a link?
50 mph is no problem with the 212cc preddy. Check out http://www.affordablegokarts.com/ and he carries parts for the mb'rsThat's a nice clutch but way out of my price range! Do you have a clutch you could recommend that would be cheaper an have torque and speed with the 212 predator? I'm looking to go 50 if possible what size rear sprocket should I use?
You need a jackshaft to achieve the correct gearing andScott, thought that you would be interested to see that you
aren't the only one going away from using a CVT on a race bike.
The output shaft (PTO) is larger on the 212cc, thus it uses a different size clutch. The rest of the jackshaft is the same and can be used on all the sized engines you mentioned.Hey one more question then ill stop bugging you guys haha. Will the hack shaft setup and the clutches for the 79&90cc predator engines also work for the 212 cc engines? If so then I have an awesome idea coming along haha
About 8 teeth slowerHow much slower will the 56 be a lot or a little
