40mph speed secrets revealed

i just got a kit how do i make power i need info on the after market performance and homade stuff im hooked on this already and havent even got started on putting together yet
 
nitrous ,turbo,crank balace,del orto,teflon,ceramic coating,expansion chamber,high comp,porting,etc etc..............$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
 
cant do that it would be more fun to triple the hp on this thing and make it do things its not supposed to lol has any one heard of a stroker kit or a larger jug to bring up the displacement
 
georgebrew, no such things exist.
If you are skilled with retrofitting parts, IE handy with a die grinder or Dremel tool, you can fit a moped piston, cylinder and cylinder head onto the crankcase. You will also have to upgrade the crankshaft and crankshaft bearings just like foureasy did.

If you do manage to triple the HP and do not upgrade the crank and bearings the engine will self destruct in a short time. The quality of the stock parts are chintzy at best and are a perfect match for the stock HP. Low power output and low quality parts marry well with each other.
Perhaps you would do better to go with a Morini engine?
They are top quality and have impressive HP.

You might just want to build one first and learn, then worry about beefing it up bud.
 
where would i find a mortini engine and are they bolt on

The source had been revealed to you, and no they will not simply bolt up. You will need to custom make mounts for it. Most folks weld the mounts onto the frame and bolt the engine in place.
 
does anyone know how to take the bar out that runs from hub to frame its in the way of sprocket that i have to install i tried taking hub apart i barely got it back together and still couldnt get that bar off im lost
 
I wanted to add this pic to Baridco's topic but it's locked so here it is.

Most of the new coaster brake wheels I get have way to much torque on the axle nut holding the brake arm to break it loose with two wrenches and my arm strength so I shoot for leverage.

I find my metal filing cabinet to be the ideal height and sturdiness to be used as a brake arm stop.

Just hold your rim down with the brake arm on a flat hard surface and use a big ass'in wrench to break it free.

If you still can't break it free try holding the wrench and slamming the brake arm down on your hard surface. Note the dents in mine from previous jobs ;-}

To put it back on, face the arm the other way and torque the nut down.
 
with an 11t front, a 41t rear and a 24"wheel , i hit 48-49.

There is no secret sauce, he experimented with different tuning methods and components, and arrived at two conclusions:
#1: with the right blend of porting, gearing, carb, etc, you can hit 40 on a 66Cc china motor.
#2: Even so, the guts of these motors are woefully inadequite for such a thing. So he went and spliced on a Gilardoni top end from a puch moped. I'm doing the same with a hero kit.

If you have to ask 'How do I make my bike go fast', you're better off learning all you can from posted material on 2 stroke operating theory and porting techniques.

not want to go to another engine would just like to get the maximum at that china girl engine here some mechanics make miracles with this engines i see bikes with 52mph but the problem is the silent this friends not talk the secrets for this speed thanks my friend and good day
 
I don't mean this to be offensive in any way... but from everything I've seen and experienced, from both other people's accomplishments as well as my own, 52mph flat-ground speed out of one of the 66cc two stroke in-frame Chinese engine kits is, best case scenario - an error in the method used to establish the speed.

Real world speeds range from the high 20s to high 30s & the high 30s are some seriously modded motors.

There have been many claims, each just a little more than the last, each becoming even harder to believe by anyone that truly knows these particular little engines - the fact remains the only, only person that's provided the slightest bit of actual substantiation is foureasy, with dyno test results, vids of the runs & of a chase car (they're in this thread) & he reached what? low 40s?

Given he's also taken modding these engines far further than anyone else, without exception, yet never reached the fabled 50mph mark - I've simply no choice but to conclude the obvious.

If I'm wrong, do please correct me - but unless there's something more to be offered than hearsay, storytelling, estimates and wallmart bicycle speedometers, don't bother as I, as well as so many others do after all have the exact same engines, aren't strangers to performance modifications and have actually noticed a trend...

...and that is, the higher the speed claim - the less likely there's any proof at all, no matter how much it's asked for or by whom.

I'll hit 35 at a wide open scream on flats. My bike's gearing to ground gives 186RPM/MPH.
So that's close to 7K RPMs.
And that's about how much you can expect, unless you're going to cut the aerodynamic profile of one of our bikes down to something that looks more like a torpedo. Wind resistance goes up with velocity squared. At a certain point, you're using most of your horsepower just to overcome wind resistance, Oh, and by those RPMs, you're more than likely past your peak power, and close to redline.
There's only so much you can do to get past the 40MPH mark. the 30's are where bikes graduate from Garage built to Machine Shop Built. The 50s are where it graduates to 'Laboratory' built. Check out a 12 HP derbi watercooled to see what I mean.

You are right in saying that no evidence exists as a video but I have a speed radar and could see that this was in a good calibration.i stay in a bicycle races in streets of Puerto Rico Mayaguez and keep my radar speed check and saw a bicycles with chinese engines 66cc 50mph gps told by the owner on the handlebars go to 52 mph. these bikes are not expensive exhaust gas does not have anything special shiftkit not have everything is pure mechanics and a 19mm carb for something we rotary Mazdas fastest in the world and we shaking THE US 8-cylinder WITH ONLY 4 spark plugs regret the confusion just thought you had something to contribute but I do not understand at the same time your ignorance on the subject.
