Wiring question

I am in the final stages of completing my winter project. I purchased a nice throttle assembly from Spooky Tooth and need some information on what I connect the wires to. One wire is green with a loop connection at the end and the other is yellow with a red stripe and looks to "snap" into another similar end. Can someone tell me where they go? The only extra wire I have currently coming from the engine is the white wire.

Any help is greatly appreciated..bld.
 
Here is wiring diagram for you. ( http://motorbicycling.com/attachments/f34/4489d1230665141-no-white-wire-coil-electrical-diagram.jpg ) Don't be too concerned with the wire colors if they don't match your kill switch wires. A kill switch is just a set of normally open contacts that close when you push the button. The 2 wires from your kill switch (throttle) join to the 2 from your engine to the CDI (coil) In effect what happens when you push the kill button is the you short out the ignition and stops the the motor. Got it?
