i had two guys looking at my bike yesterday and one offered me to purchase it once its done and painted, he wanted it all white, i asked him how much he thinks bike will be worth once done he goes $500 maybe less. when i told him how much i got only in parts, he gave me this cold ass look, lol, i just wish i had it on video camera, lol
 
currently waiting for jack-shaft plate to arrive, if it gets here tomorrow will start putting things together
 
20. paid total $91.89 (JackPlate $69.95, Bearings $6.95, 4 mounting bolts)
will not use this plate

took the rear fender off and installed the ball bearing jackshaft mount, and forgot to take picture :)

so, after further investigation, stress and sweat this is the only way and cost effective way to go on this bike

i do not recommend any mounting plates on the engines, stripped bolts or bolt holes on the engine

currently looking into installing 24" rear wheel with 26" front wheel

the reason behind 24" is the fender, but don't know if it will look stupid

who ever did it do you care for sharing some pictures?

Also I'm not sure if they make sprocket adapters for the multi-geared hubs, there usually made for coaster brakes hubs.
Plus any good sprocket adapter and sprocket together is easily going to cost 70+ after shipping.

Another route is finding a decent rear disc mountain bike rim and buying a sprocket from agk of your choice that mount to the disk brake hubs directly without any special adapters

If this is the sprocket, will the completed hub assembly hold up to a jack shafted HF 79cc drivetrain? Does anyone know of any alignment issues? Looks like a winner in certain builds.
 
Yes, of course, 41 chain. Read the description too fast. I am thinking a sprocket and adapter (2 or 3 piece) would provide more adjustability and have the option to transfer over to another hub if necessary.

after further thought i will need my 29nr fork installed, as much as i love my riverside front fork it will have to go.

maybe i can measure the head tube outside diameter and wall thickness of the seat post tube. hopefully Chinese used same tubing gauge for head tube and seat post tubing

now how much do we trust canecreek, my bike is schwinn riverside purchased from kmart in 2012

Paul Rivera advised "it needs to be 32mm" so for 30mm headset we have to find different source
