actually, scotto, i really liked your bike. i was surprised at how easy it was to ride. it's very well balanced and smooth. when you hear how loud it is, it gives off an impression of being a hard to tame beast, but i was pulling wheelies on it within minutes.

you did an awesome job on it!

Thanks Neil for another opportunity to race and hang out with friends. Could only manage a 6th place this time, just don't have enough horsepower to keep up on the straight-a-way. Maybe I'll try a predator 212cc next. Hey Neil, what are the mods allowed for that engine? Custom exhaust? Different carb?

Had a great time seeing Andy, Jeff, Dennis, Ray, Brian, Norm, Baird, Scotto, and Harry. I missed having Harry around the last couple of times, your a fun person to have around, lots of joking.

Hope you heal up quickly Jeff, that foot looks pretty swollen.

Maybe I'll see some of you at Willow, I hope to make it.

The fastest motorized bike on the track, #3

Thanks everyone for posting pics & video. Looks like I missed a great race.

I has some last minute stuff come up, and I could not make it down.

October is a solid date for me, and everyone else I can drag down there.

had a great time as always, i feel bad for my friend scotto as their was no one in his class and he was ready to rumble so to say. i agree with Gilbert, maybe put a speed limit on certain classes so the mega$$$ motors don't always win in a close race, or you can only pass 2 riders on the straightaway, just a thought. dennis

No maybes! Be there on May 30th! :D

Nashmoto only has a well tuned GC 160 pretty good handling with CST cyclops tires on 3" wide rims.

His GC160 was dynoed a while ago at about 8 HP which is the Midrange class limit if you are a competitive racer.

Scotto has been offered to race his 196 cc HF Greyhound in the Midrange class if he keeps it stockish which is 6.5 HP?
A better exhaust than the stock box which he doesn't have, remove governor, rejetted carb and better air filter should bring it up to 8 HP.

No 18 lb valve springs or any internal mods, replace flywheel for the higher rpm's.

#562 Steven came in 4th on a new 212 c build with only an exhaust and bigger carb and really crappy bicycle tires. He is on the heavy side too, and a new racer. ;)

Frankly, unless everyone was racing an identical motor it is what it is.
People race what they want to build or have already built.

Racer ability and good handling is a bigger factor than the fastest motor.

#562 The only 212cc in the Midrange class on March 28th.
