Sometimes you can find people wanting to move kits or engines, I made an offer on a 48cc G4 type engine last year of $63, they accepted it. I got a 52cc chain saw a couple of years ago for $65.
Might be a honest sell, as Greg said about moving stock! I'd lube barrings and cylinder up, might have been sitting a while?
A couple of years ago I searched through ebay buying every " too cheap to be real" kit I could find listed, after ebay or PayPal would refund my money. I figured I could afford to tie up my money and that would keep someone that was just scraping by from tying up their money, once the scammer didn't supply a tracking number they would be shut down by ebay. I complained several times about the sellers but nothing changed.
I ran across one of them a few years ago. Took a shot at one and eventually got refunded also. Using PayPal also gives you another layer of protection.
I am pretty much thinking this one is real. Will have to figure out what to do with it I guess.
It was real. Even has Allen head screws in it. Now to figure out what to do with it.
I got a Honda 50 engine as a back up, that's been on the shelf for 9 years. The RS 35 just keeps on going lol
