I woudn't use it for a head gasket. The right one is made of aluminum. That material might be okay for the other gaskets except for exhaust. You need something a little thicker there.
Check a local auto parts store. They usually sell gasket material in rolls or sheets.

I agree with Tom... You can use that gasket material for everything but the head... I know people have been using those disposable pie tins to cut head gaskets out of and they sealed just fine as well as added a bit more compression sincce the aluminum is quite a bit thinner than a regular gasket, it also cuts real easy with scissors and x-acto knives etc. For the gasket material you posted, you can pick this stuff up at most auto parts stores pretty cheaply so no need to order.
Another option is the copper gaskets sold at http://juicemotoparts.com/products/copper-head-gasket-for-motorized-bicycle.html , I use these since they come in different thicknesses, but even in stock thickness as a stock replacement, these work really well and can be reused over and over again. I use these in my performance builds tho since setting up squish clearance and port timing depends a lot on base and head gasket thickness and these will seal but not compress.

I don't know where he got it, but my shop manager came up with a sheet of that same stuff. It seems to work to make exhaust gaskets. I've made 3 or 4 from it already and none have come back on me yet. If it works for exhaust it should work for almost anything. Except the head gasket of course.

Cookie tin = head gasket only.
By cookie tin we mean thin aluminum. Not foil but like they use for frozen pies. The heat and serve kind. All the other gaskets need to be the fiber type. Don't listen to the advice you might get to use cereal box cardboard for intake or exhaust gaskets. Gasket material is a different animal from cereal boxes.

Woo Hoo!! Got a package in the office slip. To bad they were closed when I got off work. So I'm gonna be standing outside tomorrow to get my package. Maybe setup a tent outside lol. Well I cannot wait to start getting this girl road worthy. I'm jus gonna get her riding an then replace the bottom end when I can. Hopefully by next weds I'll be riding to work

Welcome... I meant to send you a new magneto coil, but that one does work... I'd still keep that one as a spare if you got another one already...
That's why I sent the whole clutch cover with the arm, that little pin usually stays put but if it comes out it usually won't stay put if put back in.
Hopefully this'll help ya get back on the road soon...

Thanks man! You said the bike would ride even with the bolt broken off so imma run it until I can replace the bottom end. I saw on another post you took a spill. I hope your alrote an ur ego isn't bruised to bad!! Hope all is well at the shop to man. Hope u find someone reliable as well.

Yeah... I was breaking in an engine for a customer's bike and got it going too fast for my parking lot so when I hit the brakes I was over a patch of gravel and the front wheel locked up, it threw me off the bike so I'm doing the superman flight at about 20mph and hit the ground belly first... i got right back up but it shook me pretty good leaving my hands and my belly road rashed a little. I really didn't get hurt but was sore for a few days.
You can try the clutch on your case and see if it'll work like that, just pay attention to see if it's flexing when you pull in the clutch and keep an eye on the bolts holding it on since there is a chance they could bend or snap if the cover can flex. it should get you by for now tho since you only need the clutch disengaged long enough to start it, then when it's parked leave it engaged to help keep the tension off the cover assembly.

Slather the 8mm bearing in grease before putting in hole.
Put grease on the bar too plus on the protruding end and the cam in the cover.

I like to shove a big glob of grease in the hole, push the bearing in with the bar, take out the bar and put more grease in, then force in the bar - also pack the cam-hole in the cover full of grease. Grease that gets flung out ends up on the chain which is a good thing.
