You should get an inline fuel filter to keep crud out your needle/jet though.

thanks guys, you just noticed the two things not completed.

i'm getting my hole front hub relaced so it is disk brake compatable - alot of work though.

and i should look into fuel filters (=

Don't waste your time trying to put a disc on the front of this, the forks are too narrow and interfere with the disc. I don't know if it was you I just told this to yesterday but just in case it wasn't, this is what happens:

Been there, done that. Get new forks if it's what you really want to do.

Maybe a drum up front then? Disc looks out of the question, thanks Mike, I was curious about that too.
